CARLOS MAESTRE | OWNER
Carlos is an Owner/Field-Driven Project Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering complex construction projects with a strong focus on public infrastructure and regulatory compliance. He leads from the field, working side by side with crews, coordinating daily field operations/activities, maintaining schedules, providing on-site leadership, overseeing construction crews, and serving as the primary point of contact with inspectors and agency representatives. He ensures work is executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and OSHA safety quality standards. Carlos places a high priority on job site safety, environmental controls, and maintaining clean, well-organized work zones. His disciplined approach to coordination, documentation, and compliance supports on-time delivery and consistent performance on public agency and private projects. Carlos brings deep hands-on knowledge to civil, industrial, commercial, and residential projects, handling renovations, repairs, and complex infrastructure, from lift stations to waterlines, drainage systems, asphalt, concrete restoration, and excavation work among others with the same level of care and precision. His experience, leadership, and commitment to doing things the right way make him a cornerstone of our team— guiding our projects every step of the way.
ELIZABETH GONZALEZ | OWNER

Elizabeth Gonzalez is a seasoned construction professional with more than 20 years of experience delivering commercial, Industrial and residential projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and has built her career around managing complex construction operations from pre-construction through final inspection. She brings deep expertise in contract administration with extensive experience in contract management, documentation, and compliance oversight. She maintains long-standing working relationships with a network of vetted subcontractors who meet strict standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Elizabeth experience includes working closely with contractors, engineers, architects, and agency stakeholders on new construction, renovations, and capital improvement projects leading with integrity and accountability.
As the company’s General Contractor, Elizabeth oversees policy development, bidding and estimating, contract administration, permit processing, inspections, and quality control. She supervises field operations, coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, and ensures all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety requirements, applicable OSHA, public agency and private sector standards. Her strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and hands-on leadership support the consistent delivery of compliant, high-quality projects.
